Service Description

Seated chair exercises consisting of a series of physical movements and stretches designed to be performed while sitting on a chair. Class will typically include movements such as arm circles, leg lifts, seated marches, shoulder rolls, and gentle stretches, all done from a seated position. Weights are optional


Cancellation Policy

Cancellation is required at least 1 hour prior to the scheduled class time to receive a credit. Failure to cancel within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of funds.
