Service Description
Seated chair yoga is a form of yoga that adapts traditional yoga poses and practices to be done while sitting on a chair. It's designed to make yoga accessible to those with limited mobility or physical challenges, as well as for office workers who spend long hours sitting. It typically involves gentle stretches, breathing exercises, and simple movements that can be performed while seated, promoting relaxation, flexibility, and mindfulness.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation is required at least 1 hour prior to the scheduled class time to receive a credit. Failure to cancel within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of funds.
